iJabatan is the local Indonesian branch of an international network of headhunting specialists. We from iJabatan are looking back to many years of experience in 12 large markets from all continents.

We are focused on achieving maximum integration of local Indonesian companies into the international market and we are convinced that this has to be a two way solution – more international companies should outsource to Indonesia while Indonesian companies should put stronger efforts into their export potentials, including the export of qualified local creative workers into the international labor market.

iJabatan is also deeply convinced that the days of sweatshops are finally counted, and we feel a strong commitment to the highest standards in protecting employees interests and improving social benefits for all career/job seekers applying with us.
